Creating show notes for the first episode of the Simple Questions Podcast was a challenge. However, the most difficult part was when I realized it was a smart idea to say who the host of the podcast was. I was deathly afraid of typing my own name. Would people make fun of me? Did I say anything in the episode that could get me in trouble? Can I delete this later if this venture fails? Considering you can view the podcast on my LinkedIn profile, it’s safe to say where I stand on the situation now. Clarity builds confidence. Brainstorm the situation, facts. Make 'buckets' of them and then figure out what areas do you need to address first due to impact.

Yes...our ability to adapt is key however, be careful sometimes we adapt too much to meet client needs then we get out of zone of genius or we change too often causing lack of focus. I really have to work at both of these and keep them in check.

I love creativity it's a strength - find someone who balances out all your ideas. I keep an online Someday Maybe journal because I have so many creative thoughts and I need to have dumping ground so I dont forget but yet they are not constantly on my mind.
