Base on the main message "Full security means infinite budget" as PM the main focus, as usual, scope, properly define the scope. But scope by scope have no sense, we work hard to define the scope due the benefits vs costs. I think it's very important don't forget the equation, so, stakeholders accept the scope due the costs bring them enough benefits. Afther this highlight, we need classify objectives by benefits and in general in the entire life the prevention implies less costs in the future. Next step important point for me it's focus on risk analysis, the evaluation of probabilities vs impact help so much to build the final list to achived the final process and mach with financials the priorities to final build the initial scope.

It is abundantly clear that executive management cannot afford to allow daily operational, and project concerns grow upward. I believe the key to success is to prepare a comprehensive risk analysis that includes a risk register as well as a narrative of findings discovered by IT teams.
