Using data analytics tools I gain deeper insights into financial data, like data mining techniques to uncover patterns and correlations within large datasets that might not be immediately apparent, I'm not perfect, I self reflect, seek counsel and analysing myself and work isn't condemning to me.

Uma consideração importante e obvia dentro do tema é: Definir qual é o Problema. É possível identificar um esforço para tratar causas, para propor ajustes, para criar uma forma de contornar algumas situações e muitas vezes, falta foco no que realmente importa, que é a origem do problema. Um problema identificado, gera as relações de causas e conseguências, que continuaram sendo tratadas e consumirão tempo e recurso, sendo que uma coisa é necessária, ao idenficar o Problema de origem, somar todas as forças necessárias para resolve-lo e cessar todas os desdobramentos futuros.

Na minha experiência profissional, aprendi que para todo problema existe uma solução, e que é crucial entender o contexto geral do problema. Normalmente, um problema não afeta apenas um setor, mas diversos setores da empresa. O ideal é identificar todos os setores impactados e buscar uma solução que atenda a todos. Já presenciei casos em que um setor implementou uma solução para um problema específico, mas essa decisão acabou afetando negativamente outros setores. Portanto, é fundamental adotar uma abordagem holística, considerando o impacto das decisões em toda a organização. Essa visão ampla permite desenvolver soluções mais eficazes e integradas, evitando que a correção de um problema crie novos problemas em outras áreas.

Na minha experiência, pelos vários anos em empresas e também na atuação como consultoria, aprendi que a solução pode surgir através de uma simples opnião ou comentário dentro de uma discussão ou no grupo de trabalho. A identificação dos pontos fortes das pessoas, o interesse na causa proposta e o manifestar das opniões, podem auxiliar na concepção de soluções que ainda não foram discutidas, uma vez que na maioria, buscamos uma solução já pronta ou algo que já exista, enquanto em alguns casos, seremos pioneiros em apresentar uma soluções que está fora da caixa.
