Effective Communication is the term I like to use. The most important aspect of effective communication is to get your point across in a lucid manner and most importantly letting the listener know how you feel about it without being abrasive or loud. For example in a cricket match, a batsman who got out to a rash shot must be admonished by the captain, but the question is how, exactly ? If the batter is question has been talked to previously about this and the situation of the match did not warrant the shot, he must be told in rather stern tone that he is on notice and may be dropped from the team, should his manner continue, otherwise a remark that the shot was a mistake and proper caution be exercised next time around, should suffice.

As an executive manager, I actively sought and still seek out new information and trends through industry publications, conferences, and professional development courses. This keeps me at the forefront of industry knowledge and allows me to translate these insights into actionable strategies.
