BI tools work the best as a “visualization” tool to many companies these days and greatly help on business analysis visually in graphs, charts, cards, maps, etc. Visualized reports downloaded from the BI tool have been working well for me when it comes to any business meeting or presentation. That way, I was able to make a smooth transition from Excel/PowerPoint to BI tools. The entire business analysis & reporting process became more effective & efficient now.

Mentorship is different, curiosity and unusual circumstance always require consulting with your upper, however the expectation is to add value through solutions D2D.

Throughout my day to day activities, we run into system issues that could potentially hold up a lot of production in multiple departments. Something I find works the most is to be prepared for these potential issues or “hiccups”. By being prepared it allows me to develop and plan fixes. Presenting these fixes to the boss not only lets them know that a fix is in the works, but also that I am being proactive in finding ways to keep production moving smoothly, even when system issues arise.
