By updating the project teams on a daily basis and at short notice, I was able to keep an eye on even the smallest progress, but also on unfinished tasks in my forecast. The focus was always on the critical path in the schedule, as this had to be monitored by all internal and external influences. It is important to update yourself and all relevant tools regularly and in line with the benefits.
