Corporates may have separate R&D wing and in such case everything will be related to the goal. Employees may not have individual freedom and have to just be a part of the team leader who will design the blueprint of the research project. In small companies, individual employee may have option to undertake research on his own relating to the company project with the concurrence and support of the Boss. Feedback will be forthcoming with all data available in the administration when there is no conflict of interest. Secrecy and privacy policy must be taken in to account by the researcher.
