In my experience any Brand small or big, always want to protect their image and work towards improving it further. So as UED professional it is your duty to protect this core interest of your clients. And part of it is actually to make sure they are well aware why you are doing it. According to industry estimates, fixing accessibility issues after development can cost up to 30 times more than addressing them during the initial design. And, that I feel is enough incentive in itself for the company.
