I believe getting information flow going in remote operation is challenging and at the same time doable . Challenging is it's interpretation and compromising of emotions behind the data. As a team, towards a common target and if any one of us is negatively emotionally affected, it Will.effect overall performance of team. we have to accept that non remote operations have distinct advantages of knowing the things in person and as such , it's benefits cannot be negated but if remote is the thing management want us to follow, here are few pointers which will keep team efficiency going. fix a routine site visits for audit etc, fix an online video sessions among team members, informal outing among team members let the team momentum going
