Also es ist bestimmt kein Fehler, sich Zeit zum Lernen einzuplanen, aber eine gewisse Flexibilität sollte man sich schon erhalten. Die Aussage "Behandeln Sie diese Zeit als nicht verhandelbar, genau wie wichtige Besprechungen oder Projektfristen." finde ich daher deutlich übertrieben. Sinnvoller ist es aus meiner Sicht, sich nicht an einen Zeitplan zu klammern, sondern sich ein Ziel zu setzen, wie viele Stunden pro Woche man sich für das Lernen nehmen möchte. Die tatsächlich gelernten Stunden sollte man sich notieren - so hat man immer einen schönen Überblick, wo man steht und kann ggf. am Wochenende noch etwas aufholen, was man unter der Woche versäumt hat. So gerät man nie ins Hintertreffen und kommt gut voran.
