Today using the same technique I have 528 Principals ( 1st contact) of various schools a part of my community what is interesting is these 528 Principals have 69000 Principals in their first contact!! Amazing right, that is the power of networking using data analytics. This is the power of using social platforms for making impact in education space.

While I'm not a K-12 teacher (I'm an associate prof at a university), doing any kind of community outreach will help. At this point, the country is crying out for workforce development training....as a big part of our population is debating if paying for any kind of secondary ed is worth it. At the same time, our young people are lacking communications and basic business skills. Contact your local Small Business Development Center or Community College to see how you can get involved in being a part of training and outreach! Your network will grow quickly as you showcase your skills!

In India with new NEP, educators also will get benefit if they attend events, conferences hosted by Education department, local industry etc.

Let me share my story here. Today I plan my week such that I attend one event either online or ofline. In the last two years I have made connections which I could not in last 6 years of working with Edutech giants. Attend Events!!
