In America in particular, we have a very all-work, very little play-type of culture. We work our butts off, we're tired, we're burnt out, we never have time for ANYTHING and all the important things like quality time with loved ones, connecting with new people, experiencing new places and trying new things kind of become a thing of the past. We often talk about self-care and try to promote wellness but are we actually creating adequate work-life balance to allow for that? Are we giving people more than 1hr breaks to sit down and have a meal or squeeze in a quick workout? Are we normalizing linking up with friends for happy hour or are we all sooooo exhausted that we would rather get home as quickly as possible and veg out? LET'S MAKE SPACE.

Let's simply consider the fact that everyone has a different culture or background and came from a different place. We're all different in so many ways so when people and/or companies take the time to recognize that and honor that, it makes for a more inclusive environment. When you scroll their Meet The Team page and see NOBODY that looks like you but they have the nerve to have a blurb about inclusion and diversity it's almost laughable. You have to walk the walk.
