Totally agree. In my opinion one of the major challenges is the maturity of an organization's data management and analytics capabilities. I've learned that while capturing metrics from the LMS is important, even more important is being able to overlay that data with other business and account metrics. We use a data connector to push our LMS data into a BI tool that contains revenue, usage, conversion, and churn data, which allows us to make correlations between the two. Where I still see a challenge is understanding the cause and effect of the two (i.e. do better customers take training or do customers who take training become better customers?). That's yet another step up in maturity.

Il me semble d'après mon expérience, que les données qu'il faut privilégier ne sont pas dans l'utilisation des modules que l'on propose mais plutôt dans les pratiques professionnelles des apprenants. Comment construisent-ils leurs compétences notamment en dehors de toute formation formelle ? Quelle types de stratégies mettent-ils en oeuvre pour y arriver ? Quelle est la place de la relation entre les individus dans ce processus ? ... Les sources de données qui permettent d'innover sont rarement dans les données des systèmes de formation.

A mi parecer, cargaremos a los docentes de mucha información que deben analizar para personalizar los aprendizajes. Creo que ahí es donde los modelos de IA deben marcar la diferencia y dar soluciones tecnológicas viables para que los sistemas educativos, plataformas virtuales hagan este cambio real al acompañamiento necesario de nuestros estudiantes.
