Under such extreme circumstances we need to allow time to heal before pursuing further on as it is directly associated with the well-being of the individual. Help build your teams confidence by doing things like asking leading questions and showing them times where they have done well performing similar tasks. Your team relies on you to provide an environment where they can achieve goals and continue to grow.
