It could be spending 5 minutes at the end of each meeting to simply focus on how you showed up, and what you could do more or less of next time. Or, it could be allowing yourself 5 minutes meditation to be present every hour. I appreciate every job has differing time constraints, so find something which is manageable and achievable for you, then repeat it so that it becomes a habit.

Reflection is a wonderful tool in all areas of life and is something I need to work more on. I've found the far and away best tool for this is a good journal. I highly recommend finding a journal you enjoy writing in and try to journal once a day if possible. You won't always get to it but that is okay. Journaling was the thing that helped me most when I was lost and did not know where to go with my life. Rather than subconsciously being stressed about not knowing my path, journaling allowed me to think through what I wanted and realize my problems were not quite as big as my worrying mind made me believe.

You spend 7 hours a day working, that’s 420 minutes a day, 2100 minutes a week - all to benefit someone else. Surely, you can squeeze in 5 minutes each day to develop yourself.
