Very quickly, people in the organization will know your name and your face. You’ll become the go-to person, possibly seen as an SME. From here, you will want to network thru multiple mentorship’s. Mentors are there to help and aren’t used as often as they should be. You can use a mentor to talk about becoming better at your primary role, or getting help writing a resume, becoming more educated on the broader organization…. Anything business related that revolves around your business needs. You will quickly learn who to talk too, and when. Get noticed!
