One thing I've always found curious is how during the semesters in my undergraduate degree, when my course load was distributed equally between the humanities and natural sciences, my grades trended higher than the semesters that were skewed towards one or another. Whether it is Continued Professional Development (CPD) by your Institute or Organization, I have personally found continuous learning to be key to success. Continuous Learning enabled me to avoid becoming outdated in a fast paced world.

Continuous learning makes you an expert from beginner level and this skill improves your problem solving and critical thinking approach. A continuous learner is no doubt a person who has hunger for knowledge. I always made two teams : red and green, speaking against and for the course of action decided. This helped us to iron out loopholes and fill gaps.
