De acuerdo con mi experiencia el éxito en la implementación de procesos automatizados se da en la implementación de las siguientes estrategias Identificación del riesgo por ejemplo con FODA , Brastorming, entre otros, evaluación continua, planificación, monitoreo y control de riesgos, comunicación efectiva, involucrar los Stakeholders con su engagement, memorias de aprendizaje, y por último pero no menos importante gestión del cambio de inicio a fin del proyecto, de manera sincrónica e integrada. Lo anterior, permitirá la entrega oportuna de proyectos de automatización de alta calidad.

En mi trabajo me ha sido util, LA IDENTIFICACION DEL RIESGO, En esta fase se identificarán los riesgos que pueden afectar al proyecto tanto de manera positiva como negativa, y se documentarán sus características. Se deberá considerar el impacto de los riesgos sobre todos los objetivos del proyecto. Para la correcta identificación de los riesgos, los involucrados estudiarán los entregables del proyecto, posteriormente emplearán las herramientas y técnicas más adecuadas para ello.
