En mi experiencia he podido ver que para la optimización de procesos es muy valioso basarsse en los datos, no basta con tener una percepción de algo que se puede mejorar, es necesario un análisis completo para lograr tener una optimización y eficiencia real de los procesos. Creo que todos hemos tenido reuniones con presentaciones de datos en Power Point...enseñas los datos en euros por comercial.. .. y alguno de los participantes te dice: "lo podemos ver en unidades y por País?"...y no lo tienes.... Al usar herramientas como Power Pivot o Power Bi en las reuniones de presentación de resultados se obtiene obtiene información de manera muy rápida, multidimensional, atractiva pero sobre todo dinámica, muy dinámica y esto aporta un ambiente diferente de trabajo.
