I think that one of the most important issues is the level of responsability and commitment (be puntual, respecto the time of the other people, communicate any new if you cant present). I am a big believer in doing! One of the sayings that I love to repeat over and over again is: “Life is your canvas and you are the artist! The question is what do you love to do that you can start doing as of today? that you can organically share with others. What do you do that makes you loose track of time? You see the thing is when an artist paints they don’t explain their masterpiece or look to impress others, they merely loose track of time and BE intertwined in bringing to life their masterpiece and the observer is in owe.
