Hence, don't spend a lot of time debating about which certification to try and get. You can generally pass most certifications without a lot of knowledge / experience. Instead, focus on the quality of the course you're taking to pass that certification. That education / exposure is what this is all about.

I have participated in lot of internal security awareness sessions, During the session better to have a small video of a real incident to explain what happened, also to have a quiz at the end and gift the winner with a voucher. And of course have a Q&A to engage with the users.
