During my many years of professional employment. I've built relationships and I've made sure to continue in contact with those employees. Keeping positive for professional relationships even if you change jobs or positions is beneficial. Also, I try to gather information when I am in a meeting, our presentation, a training or seminar as well. I find that in difficult times with the right connections you're still able to have some support and open doors of opportunity that my otherwise not be available. Especially if you're an efficient, hard-working, and honest person. You're going to succeed, but it's always nice having a little help if possible.

Being open and honest with others and reaching out, asking for help or being open to support others. Sometimes we might be shy to ask for help or guidance. If anything at the opposite, its brave when someone asks for help. Being open to learning, growth, and overall new experiences is a positive attribute that will multiply, as you age in your career and in life in general.

As far getting a follow up for employment is considered it is indeed a tiring task and sometimes it makes you felt uncomfortable. However you should focus on new openings and rely on your skills if someone is not responding after interview don’t stick your self to that position only. Try to have variety of opportunities in your basket and rely less on your contacts because you are the only one who can help yourself in a better way.
