I believe that AI and chatbots can transform workplace dynamics and enhance productivity. However, can we really rely entirely on AI and chatbots to handle everything? AI and chatbots can answer general questions and provide logical responses, but sometimes, a human perspective is necessary. While AI can efficiently provide comprehensive information, it’s important to avoid shortcuts in work. For instance, if I need to write an article and I simply copy-paste material from GPT, it wouldn’t be ethical. Therefore, establishing boundaries is crucial. AI and chatbots should complement human efforts, not replace them. With the right balance, AI and chatbots can significantly improve internal communication while maintaining ethical standards.
