It's important to manage expectations. ML and AI cannot be 100% accurate. Assuming a well trained model for detection and classification of defects, it can massively help bring production costs down. Given that some models have a hard time adapting to new data, the trained model needs to be continuously iterated upon and it's training updated in order to maintain accuracy.
