Constantly showing your outreach team how to effectively communicate. Leading this effort by example. I use social media to go live 5 times a week. During those lives I don’t go over how to communicate, I simply communicate. This gives our ambassadors a real life example of things they can say, how they can say them, and even how to pivot when what they are saying is not connecting with people.
