I would also suggest categorizing them between soft skills, etc. and more concrete skills. Communication style, desire, motivation, etc. would be soft. Expertise within a certain domain would be more of a concrete skill. You could identify a level of importance to all skills, but just having a sense of it will help you use appropriate judgment. Above all, be flexible. Someone may not have skills abc, but they have drive and passion for your project or company.
