You still need to give feedback to objects that cant be fully interacted with such as just doing a haptic vibration when you touch them or have them play a boring animation. If you have something like a door that you don't want to be opened think of ways to tell the user you cant go that way without being too obvious. This could be putting lock on the door or placing a heavy non moveable object in the way.
