Getting a number of values using this method gives you a range and where your company is in that range can be a function of a number of things including investor temperament and any sizzle factors (are you using state of the art high tech?, market potential?, barriers to entry? Compelling need fulfillment? Team members? Traction thus far?, potential risk factors?, etc) A good investment advisor is worth consulting with even if they don’t invest in your company. Get as many opinions as you can and accept constructive suggestions to hone your story and improve your chances.
