How can you develop your team's kaizen skills?

Starting by training my team on the difference between quality control and quality improvement as its usually very confusing for most of people, when they troubleshoot the root causes of an issue and take the necessary corrective actions to prevent recurrence of the same issue in the future, they think this is improvement but actually they are controlling the process quality but the improvement is to challenge the status quo which continue for a long time. part of improvement journey is to troubleshoot the root causes of any issue but for continual improvement, or Kaizen they should adopt the culture of continual challenge regardless to the volume of output, the best learning journey through the application in real business

A company is run by its people and people represent the culture of the company. So every big company that is successful today is a result of the strong culture that they have developed inside. A great culture of working with cooperation, coordination, team spirit, and a continuous learning attitude is what makes a high-performance team. Kaizen skills in the team result in overall development. Developing Kaizen skills requires a lot of continuous sustainable frameworks of operations and communications inside the team. Practicing the frameworks, and working on mistakes without any ego is what will lead to success. And that's what is called a great culture. In life as well a continuous feedback loop is very very important to grow.

The reason most businesses fail nowadays is because of the absence of integrity and involvement of every stakeholder in the game. Few people have more skin in the game and few people don't have any skin in the game. Many a times, things are simple but we tend to make it a complex affair.
