From my experience, usually we have two fronts that we like to address: First: Reinforce Information Security Policies requirements, addressing legal/statutory and/or requirements (for example ISO or PCI). Second: Emphasize areas which users are failing to comply. Most common is phishing, password sharing/security requirements, etc. We usually review the most common incidents and create specific awareness campaigns to reduce the volume of those incidents

There is no solution that fits all, but solutions need to be tailor made for that risk. Training therefore should follow in the same pattern. The best way for persons to keep practices in mind are real life simulations of the risk they are handling. Simulations may take into account the role of that person in the team, however what is suggested that during these exercises, roles are interchanged so that each and every member of the team may experience what other members of the team has to face and learn therefore what is exactly expected of him/her.
