Poder disponer de la plataforma, incluso en su modelo más básico, ha sido siempre de gran ayuda de cara a conseguir la aceptación y el compromiso del Cliente. Desde la óptica del implantador de sistemas, suele ser paso habitual llegando al momento de las pruebas finales y soporte al arranque, la implementación de un sistema de ticketing que permita estructurar el soporte. Finalmente, el sistema suele quedarse como herramienta interna para el área de sistemas de la compañía cliente aunque siempre sigue el mismo esquema de aceptación que cualquier cambio: negación, exploración, aceptación... y siempre bajo el mismo argumento inicial: "Tardo menos en enviar un correo". Afortunadamente, en muy poco tiempo se suele aceptar y aprovechar.
