One thing I have found helpful is to throw the question back to the staff. Often times we as leaders tend to set the tone and come off instructional, rightfully so because of our comprehensive understanding of the strategy and from our keen observations on staff weaknesses/strengths. Well as far as I’ve seen, people in Ops love to get their hands on new softwares likes:- 1. Time and attendance system. 2. Learning management system. 3. Payroll software. 4. Analytics software …and many more. So as an employer we should always have open end conversations with the team when they want to upskill or if there’s any need for any new softwares. Even if they need support like providing flexible working hours, some week offs, access to premium learning platforms then the organisation should never hesitate.

Des forums organisés permettent de renforcer également les membres.

Ensuite, proposez les plans d'accompagnement et de développement des compétences à travers des formations internes et externes de remise à niveau, en les faisant participer à des formations concernant des nouveaux standards RH, Instaurer un climat de reconnaissances, d'appartenance d'effort dans l'équipe du plus petit au plus grand, travers des politiques de motivation du personnel.
