Cualquier líder que quiera que la empresa tenga un equipo triunfador tiene que preguntar a su equipo sobre que opinan de cualquier cambio o decisión y sobre todo usar encuestas de satisfacción con seguimiento de los resultados para poder mejorar la empresa y sobre todo dar a los empleados soluciones a los cambios que se suceden. Lógicamente no siempre se podrá realizar todos los cambios pero sean positivos o negativos la interacción con la gente es la base de la credibilidad del líder.

Por mi experiencia profesional la comunicación es clave dentro de un equipo de trabajo. Cada miembro debe entender su rol y como su función influye en la consecución de los objetivos del equipo. Al enfocarse en la comunicacion y en la retroalimentación continua los grupos de trabajo pueden iterar de manera efectiva hacia el cumplimiento de sus objetivos. Me gustaría resaltar que en el entorno empresarial actual, el liderazgo colaborativo se erige como una de las estrategias más efectivas para alcanzar el éxito.
