I usually say-good for you-you picked the right career! The other reaction is when the matches are totally different from what they’ve been doing. The reaction is often: "I know nothing about these careers". I then suggest that they talk to people in those careers. I see the assessment not as an absolute answer but a great starting point for rich conversations.
