According to my experience, following factors are required for project performance data analysis to meet needs of stakeholders 1- define clearly objectives and goals for your project performance data 2- get this data through different tools 3- conduct meetings to discuss merits and demerits of your data to execute your project 4- use JIT strategy to be more successful 5- encorge ideas of your every team member 5- get a comprehensive feedback of your all stakeholders and team members of project 6- on basis of this feedback make changes according to goals and objectives of your stakeholders 7- evaluate and monitor your performance data regularly to achieve goals of your stakeholders. 8- take decisions with help of your stakeholders
