It’s about how you as a jobseeker formulate your story and what you say, how you said it and in which order. It’s important to understand your own experiences and skills so that you can create a truly insightful story about yourself and your career choices. What brought you finally to the interview etc. It’s about you and it’s about the recruiter who wants to hear what you can bring to the table even if your skills lacks enough experience or you seem overqualified. It won’t make difference if you tell persuasive version of a story about yourself.
