Relevance is key. When you are teaching a class, it is easy to see if the students are engaged or not. And you can adjust your relevance levels based on their reactions or lack of reaction. It is harder when you are doing a YouTube video or a Medium article. You are not getting the instant feedback that you get in a classroom.
