Good video is a great tool for selling real estate but like any other marketing it's important to make sure it fits the property and your budget. We primarily do full-blown interior and exterior video for our luxury listings only, but recently spent a small amount on a reel video to use on social media to give the sense of riverside living on a property that isn't moving.
