Coach needs to bring in a culture of Psychological Safety around the leadership where teams feel empowered to take decisions without the Fear of Failure. One of the things as a Coach I do is courage teams to Celebrate Failure, i.e they learn on How not to do things and not repeat the same mistake again.

Public recognition is more meaningful than private recognition. I try recognizing team members at team meetings or company events which result in continuous team productivity.
