Doing is the best way to learn. Udemy and Pluralsight are great tools to learn how to use a tool but putting in the time to make projects that use new automation tools or AI will help you a lot more.

Staying current is non-negotiable. I regularly invest in courses and certifications focused on automation and AI technologies. Understanding machine learning principles and their application in testing has given me a significant edge.

Focus on niche areas like performance and security testing, which benefit greatly from automation and AI. This specialization has allowed me to offer high-demand skills that are less likely to be fully automated.
