Your team is the heartbeat of your organization. I have been blessed to work with individuals that are creative, strong and talented. Building a team with positive reinforcement, kindness and an open mind allows your team to accomplish great things.

Celebrating team successes regularly can boost morale and teamwork. In my experience, weekly shout-outs raised our team's enthusiasm, while a "Success Board" encouraged everyone to contribute. Recognizing project completions built trust and made team members feel valued, which reduced turnover. Overall, these practices created a supportive environment where everyone thrived.

Our organization started the Impact Award. Peers could nominate another peer for going above and beyond to help out a customer or another team member. Voting was all contained in a group chat that all could see and management would vote quarterly on impact award winners. Winners would get recognition from high levels which helped motivate the team to be better than they did yesterday. It is inspiring!
