What do you do if Agile Methodology professionals want to ignite innovation in their organizations?

One thing I found helpful was, to bring innovative ideas to the table, environment to foster them should exist. As an Agilist, if I want my team to be innovative, I should create an environment where they share ideas without fear/judgement, provide time to brainstorm and test their ideas, this will encourage all team members to think innovatively.

I beg to differ to have a notion that Agile methodology restricts or does not encourage innovation. Any innovative topic can start as an epic and run over multiple sprints and in fact this should ascertain that Agile methodology encourages innovation since there is constant active participation forced in the system.

Si bien podemos percibir la agilidad como una capacidad a desarrollar, que definimos como la capacidad de adaptarse al cambio, y esto podria ir en línea con la innovación, implementar un framework no garantiza tener un enfoque experimental para innovar, he visto muchas organizaciones que hacen scrum por ejemplo pero eso no habilita la innovación. El principal habilitador para la innovación viene desde la estrategia y las estructuras organizacionales que la habilitan. Dicho esto los métodos pasan al segundo plano, pues si inviertes recursos en innovación, con centros de investigación, los métodos serán efectivos, de lo contrario no hay método ágil que por si mismo logre ese objetivo.
