Feedback is the best educator on opportunity to innovate. It is a critical element, and you won't have to look far for meaningful critical feedback, but you will need to carve out the key elements of that feedback. Feelings make their way into feedback, and that's to everyone's benefit, but also to our mutual risk. When feedback is too closely aligned to a 'feeling' without being rooted in something that is either actionable or tangible, it becomes more of a 'complaint' mechanism. Being able to parse out feedback, allows for the team to start to see patterns, trends, it gives supporting evidence to what you and the team probably already had ideas around, so use it!
