Having a specific and clear "WHY" is essential to maintaining motivation. Your "why" as a speaker is what grounds you and helps you remember your reasons for doing what you do. I write my why or whys down and go back to them when I need motivation. The clearer your why, the easier it is to go back on tract and self-motivate.

Practice Self-Compassion: While it's essential to acknowledge areas for improvement, be kind to yourself during the reflection process. Self-criticism can be counterproductive if it becomes overly harsh or discouraging. Celebrate Progress: Recognize and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small.
