Para empezar, Creo que lo fundamental es iniciar con estudiar lógica de programación, y aprender como interpretar los requerimientos a la hora de implementar en un sistema. El siguiente paso seria estudiar las metodologías agiles. un buen paso seria aprender los fundamentos básicos de SCRUM para asi entender como se puede trabajar de forma completa en un compañía. El siguiente paso es definir en que tecnología y/o rama en el mundo del desarrollo quieres formarte. C#, .NET, Java, SQL, C, C++ entre otros. Y con este lenguaje aprender desde lo baso hasta lo mas avanazado posible. ya sea a nivel de Backend o Frontend. y ya por ultimo aprender el uso de versionamiento y el manejo de repositorios con GIT
