What do you do if your CSR career demands adaptability in a fast-paced environment?

Develop an agile mindset and approach to your work. Be prepared to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, priorities, and challenges. Embrace flexibility and be willing to adjust your strategies and tactics as needed. Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, colleagues, and partners. Seek out training opportunities, certifications, and skill-building programs that can enhance your knowledge and expertise.

I have found that the CSR project leader can become a business partner for lasting changes by encouraging the CSR approach to be fully integrated into the company’s culture. You can do this by anticipating the obstacles to change, like who will own the processes, how success will be measured, and how will employees learn the new vision and processes. It is important to embrace the change at the business level by consistently communicating the message to your peers and team on how CSR will impact them. CSR will affect everyone in your organization so giving people the soft skills and technical tools they need to adopt the change is the first step towards embracing change.

Para mí el aprender es una constante que NUNCA y NADIE debe dejar fuera en su trayectoria profesional. El aprendizaje continuo es fundamental más allá de la RSC.

La naturaleza del ser humano no es vivir aislado es relacionarse siempre, por lo que crear redes es un gran acierto para fomentar el aprendizaje, la creatividad, la contribución y muchas más oportunidades que definitivamente puede encontrar y adquirir.

En mi experiencia, debido a que la RSC no tiene el mismo nivel de desarrollo a nivel pais ni a nivel empresas, es indispensable que una vez que una organización ha decidido de manera honesta trabajar en este tema, debe realizar un diagnóstico de cuál es su situación y cuales son sus mentas a mediano y largo plazo, y por supuesto que se requiere flexibilidad para alcanzarlos, pero no para adoptar modas, obtener certificados o fingir que es una empresa socialmente responsable, sino para abordar temas complejos que hoy en día se presentan (políticos, económicos, sociales, de salud, etc) y realmente resolver los problemas que como sociedad estamos enfrentando

Wandel ist etwas gutes. Ich denke das dürfen wir gerade im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit nicht vergessen. Wir verlangen ihn oft genug von unserem Umfeld, dann müssen auch wir uns ab und zu anpassen. Mein Tipp: Einfach daran denken, dass Lösungen am besten im Kollektiv erarbeitet werden. Das hält die Stimmung oben.
