Second, forget fear because you cannot change the direction of AI, it has already gone too far. So, raise the question for yourself: how can you help yourself? And yes, the answer is to be brave and start learning new things. Initially, it may look very complex, but little by little, you will get the basics and understand the importance of upskilling yourself in the most promising field of AI these days. I think it's important to acknowledge that while you do not (if that's the case) plan on replacing people with AI, that AI will result in job loss and that the people who have the best chance of getting future jobs or starting their own businesses will be people who know how to use AI.

That means making the most of the tools we have available to us now, and keeping up-to-date on changes within our specific work areas, and without. We always need to be open to adapting to new technologies, and those of us who do so best are the ones who will remain in professional demand.
