Atualmente existem ferramentas de inquéritos que podem ajudar a identificar o envolvimento, satisfação do colaborador. Mas utilizar somente este tipo de ferramentas não chega, é necessário promover a comunicação e uma avaliação com o colaborador de forma aberta e fluída, de forma que o comportamento não só dele como da própria empresa e/ou responsável directa possa ser alterado sempre que necessário. A comunicação sempre será a ferramenta mais importante.
