Maybe if you could understand their requirements and budget; it would be easier for you negotiate with perfection.

Monetary benefits don't always show you the real better off picture. Here's an example: You have two options to choose between Company A & B. Both of them are 2 hours away from your home and it would take roughly 2 hours. Company A offers 50,000 but no WFH which leads to a daily commuting cost of 10,000. Your Net Salary is actually 40,000. No other incentives are provided. Company B offers you 42,000 with an option to WFH completely. It also offers your performance bonus and monthly coupons. It's quite common and rational to choose Company B as the net value is higher. So, look for alternatives as well and give them equal importance.
