I follow the famous saying, "Only absolute truth is change." If you are not embracing this, you will be left behind. Social work is based on societal problems. If that changes drastically, our solution will also change; otherwise, we will waste time. For example, earlier, some people thought distributing stationery to the students was social work, but now the narrative has changed. We need to understand current requirements and best-suited solutions to support underserved children in their education. If we embrace the change and upskill ourselves to work on the particular thing, it will benefit our professional development and our communities.
